On Monday, I had another amazing opportunity to get together with Karen Nassimbeni and my friend Mary for a photoshoot at Ridley Creek State Park/Mansion. These two girls are beyond amazing and stunning! Karen is so adorable and bubbly and always joy-filled and Mary is sweet, kind and beautiful! I loved being able to spend time with both of them during such a gorgeous evening.

There were no words for the beauty of Ridley Creek State Park! I have never been there before and have only seen pictures online…which by the way didn’t do this place justice. The grounds were beyond stunning! It reminded me of something from a magical story or fairytale.

The gorgeous sunlight peaking through also added to the magical feeling that evening.

There were moments when I felt like I was in the book “The Secret Garden”. The place had so much charm too it. I could only imagine what it would be like to have a wedding there in the gardens and inside the mansion.

This picture of Mary playing in the fountain is literally the definition of innocence and child-like joy! That’s what I love most about Mary, she’s always beaming with joy and innocence. 🙂

Karen snagged a few behind the scene pictures of Mary & I. I RARELY get in front of the camera, so it was nice to be in a picture for once…even if I was just giving advice and posing tips for Mary haha

My breath was literally taken away with every area we went too! There were so many good spots for pictures.

Obviously we had to take a picture of all three of us, and since we didn’t have a selfie stick and no one else was around to to take our picture, we used the self timer on Karen’s camera! Yay for self timers 🙂

We found one bush of really pretty flowers there, and Mary got up close and personal with them haha

After taking pictures in the courtyard, we made our way over to the back of the mansion. Seriously I felt like I was taken back to the Jane Austen period…I think I was born in the wrong time period.

I love being able to go on adventures and discovering new places with people, and I most especially love it when its people I love being surrounded by!
